Hybrid is on a mission to grow early-stage Arab-led startups into multimillion-dollar companies.
Each year, we admit 8 startups into an intensive acceleration program, with one sole purpose – making the startup investable (worthy of VC investments) as quickly as possible.
We are actively looking for startups with at least one Arab among the founders. Typical Hybrid startups also have founders with strong tech and business background, coupled with uncompromising commitment and drive for success.
The cost for startups? Nearly nothing. Hybrid is a non-profit accelerator by Maof-Tech, operated by 8200 Alumni Association. We take no equity, and charge modest, one-time commitment fee.

Investors on Board
All our mentors are experienced investors or serial entrepreneurs, and are 100% there to assist your startup in all aspects, from grand-strategy to day-to-day matters. Our mentors have collectively invested or raised >$100m over the years.
Perks and Goodies
During Hybrid's cycle, we offer startups all necessary material assistance. This includes free office space in various locations in Israel, free Cloud packages (AWS, GCP, IBM etc.) and more.
Skill Boost
We believe in learning by doing. Hybrid includes 20 workshop days, where founders learn cutting-edge content about startup management, and apply it to their startup's unique needs.
Networking and Connections
Through the 8200 network, Hybrid provides its startups access to a wide range of investors, Hi-Tech companies, and all other players in the startup ecosystem.
Access to Funding
Built into Hybrid's accelerator are all the unique funding channels available for Arab entrepreneurs, from IIA grants, to Export Institute assistance, and more.
Scale-up Program
When a startup finishes Hybrid, it automatically enters our Scale-up program, under which it will have access to up to NIS 20k a year for funding business services.
