Flare

PROBLEM
Gamers do not have a proper community to connect with, which challenges most streamers in gaining popularity through attractive content. The existing streaming platforms only make recommendations based on the number of viewers, which increases the gap between users. Therefore, unknown streamers stay invisible, as they are unable to condense their engaging content and flare it to a relevant community.

SOLUTION

We build a digital community for gamers to connect with each other with the power of a skills-based recommendation algorithm that values quality over popularity. Flare gives small streamers the stage as well as empowers them with an AI-powered highlight generator that creates short and engaging clips out of the entire stream for gamers and fans to enjoy and flare it to their friends.
MARKET
The gaming streaming industry is worth 8.7 billion dollars in 2020, expected to be worth 24 billion in 2025. 28 million active gaming streamers daily globally, around 7 million in the United states.

CURRENT STATUS
We have built a crawler that downloads a stream if its provided with a name of streamer on twitch and then we have also built the highlights algorithm that takes the whole stream and generates shorter and more engaging content and the streamer has the ability to share it on flare community and other social media platforms with one click.
